I invite clients to engage in mindful self-observation, so they can learn more about who they are and how they unconsciously affect their environment. This depth work strengthens capacities for connection, aliveness and resilience. My aim is to help people enhance the way they live, work and relate to others. Therapy may be short-term to long-term, depending on individual needs and conducted on a weekly basis. My approach is underpinned by a deep commitment to create a safe and respectful working relationship; one that supports growth and strengthens a sense of Self.
